Friday, 7th April: teams arrival and accommodation of the groups at the booked hotels/Holiday Village
In the evening: opening ceremony, show with fireworks and parade of all the teams

Saturday,8th April: Beginning of matches in the morning and in the afternoon

Sunday, 9th April : Continuation of the tournament as scheduled

Monday, 10th April: Finals, prize awards and guests departure

The program is subject due to technical reasons or according to weather conditions

The prices proposed by the organisation, available on request and reserved to sport associations, to their companions and player’s parents, are per person for a stay 4 days / 3 nights in full board.

• Adriasport Pass Card: pass for each participant that allows access to the inauguration and tournament fields

• Adriasport assistance from booking to participation in the tournament

Admission on payment at the opening ceremony and the playing fields for parents and visitors who don’t book with us the proposed package.

ACCOMODATION:
3 stars Hotel : have tv,direct dial telephone and private bathroom.Restaurant with a la carte menu and buffet breakfast.
4 Stars Hotels: rooms equipped with tv,telephone and private bathroom. Restaurant with a la carte menu and salad and vegetables buffet. Breakfast buffet.
Holiday Village*****: this *****holiday village is located on the Bibione beach. Accommodation will be in Villette or Maxicaravan. Every apartment has 2 separated bedrooms, living room and private bathroom, totally 4-6 beds. Restaurant into the holiday village with self service breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a limited number of single and double rooms. Towels/wipes are supplied but there is no daily change of towels and cleaning of the rooms. Kitchen can’t be used as the package also includes full board accommodation. Every Villetta/maxicaravan is equipped with tv, telephone and fridge. Available at the village guest’s service such as swimming pool, entertainment…

Note: all Hotels may require a deposite at the group arrival. The deposit will be returned at departure after checking the rooms with the group leader.

Loans: max 3 loans are allowed only in the category U17, U16, U15,U14

According to the number of teams, it is possible to play together with childrens who are 1 year younger and not only in the same category.

Guaranteed Minimum: minimum 3 games each team U17, U16, U15, U14; minimun 4 for U13, U12; minimm 5 or 6 matsches for teams U11-U10-U9 and U8

Registration deadline: one month before the tournament’s beginning and according to the disponibility

Payment: a deposit of € 1.000,00 for each team must be paid at registration time. This will be deducted from the final bill of the company.

Tournament authorized by F.I.G.C. (Italian football association) according to official regolamentations (youth/ school)

Tourist information

BIBIONE
Bibione is a long stretch of beach, facing the village and the pine forest, closed at both ends by the lagoon and by the Tagliamento River. It has four areas with evocative names that, from east to west, are Lido dei Pini, Bibione Beach, Lido del Sole and Bibione Pine Forest. Each has its own special characteristics that make it unique.

Bibione Beach
In summer, the central part of the resort, Bibione Beach, is full of colour, life and fragrances. Piazzale Zenit is the heart of Bibione and on the beach opposite this large square are located play and entertainment areas for children, sports areas and a large tensile structure that houses the newest sports activities on the beach, like spinning and zumba.

Thee Pine Forest Lido
Lido dei Pini (the Pine Forest Lido) is one of the four areas of Bibione, located at the entrance to the resort, which has remained intact despite its transformation and is today an oasis of peace and tranquillity, full of uncontaminated nature, where the majestic pine forest, which is where its name comes from, is the incomparable queen. It is a true paradise for plant-lovers, sports fans and all those looking for some cool refreshing shade during summer.

Lido del Sole
Lido del Sole, the area of Bibione after the Thermal Baths, is sorrounde by peace and greenery. This part of the beach is less crowded and is ideal for families, especially those with children. There are plenty of activities and sports on the beach offered by entertainment staff all year round, including windsurfing by the Bosco Canoro school.

Bibione Pine forest
Bibione Pine forest is a real natural paradise. Here, where the beach meets the lagoon, there was an ancient plain of maritime pines. There are still pines here today and it is also the natural habitat of rhododendrons, Erica, tamarisks and numerous species of orchids.

The lighthouse
Latitude 45° 38,2′ N, Longitude 13° 05,9′ E: if you follow these co-ordinates plotted on nautical charts, you’ll find, close to a lighthouse, a small, white house inserted among the golden beach, the cobalt-blue sea and the emerald of the pine-wood. This is how the precious lighthouse of Bibione appears, built at the beginning of the 20th century not far from the mouth of the Tagliamento River and immersed in the naturalistic resource of the pinewood.

LIGNANO SABBIADORO
A haven of relaxation and all kinds of fun. That is the essence of Lignano, a sea resort halfway between Venice and Trieste, with 8 kilometres of fine golden sands and a calm sea that has had the eco-friendly ‘Bandiera Blu’ classification for many years now. It also has 8 quays with 5,000 moorings.

Three in one
There are actually three places in Lignano: Lignano Sabbiadoro, with hundreds of restaurants, open air bars and shops, Lignano Pineta, pleasant and shaded, full of gardens and boulevards and Lignano Riviera, the most relaxing area, luxuriant and green with the rustle of maritime pines.

Choose your seaside sport
Excellent beach sport facilities: sailing and windsurfing with expert instructors, horse riding and beach volleyball. There is a beautiful 18-hole golf course right next to the sea, open all the year round.
Other features include a network of fine cycling routes through pine woods and around the lagoon and comfortable, modern thermal spring facilities.

Parks for all occasions
The party atmosphere is everywhere, but especially in the theme parks. ‘Aquasplash’ was one of the first ever aqua parks in Italy, with very high slides and spacious swimming pools. ‘Gulliverlandia’ is a fun park suitable for all ages. ‘Lo Strabilia’ is a brilliantly lit fairground. For children there are the ‘Gommosi’ and ‘Parco Junior’ parks and, finally there is the ‘Punta Verde’ Zoo Park, with over 1500 animals.

Holidays for families
A family resort made for relaxing, worry-free seaside holidays. The Lignano beach and hotels have reserved play and sport areas for children, with qualified personnel on hand for flexible baby-sitting services. There are mothers’ rooms on the beach and special children’s menus and baby rooms in the bars and restaurants.
